There is some amazing news coming out of Hollywood earlier today.
The producers of Fox’s smash hit, The Masked Singer, have announced that the show will be moving forward with the Sixth season.
Currently, we are two weeks away from the season 5 finale of The Mask singer which will take place on May 26th.
In the coming weeks, we will see the Black Swan, the Yeti, the Piglet, and the chameleon go head-to-head to win the Golden Mask.
The only other detail we have about season 6 of The Masked Singer is that it will return in the fall.
Historically that would mean the first or second week of September and run until the week before Christmas.
While we do not have any idea what kind of costumes we will see here at Late Night Recap we are hoping for a Baby Monster!
In addition to the 6th season of The Masked Singer FOX also announced a new series that will be following them at 9 pm titled Alter Ego.
This would mean that Ken Jeong’s “I Can See Your Voice” will have to find a new night since it used to air after the Masked Singer.
Wild the show was renewed for a season 2 there is no word on where it will fall in Fox’s time slot.
Overall we are so excited for this announcement and hope to hear about season two of The Masked Dancer soon.
