There is a new UK one-off special that sees two of ITV’s biggest shows come together. We are talking about the Masked Singer and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
For those in the States who don’t know the show, “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!” here is a summary.
British survival reality television show where a select group of celebrities are forced to live together in remote locations. Due to covid, the show had been off the air but now it’s coming back.
ITV is using this special to promote both shows.
This is how the special is being explained.
In celebration of the iconic reality series, our celebrities may not be facing a Bushtucker Trial, but instead will compete whilst dressed head to toe in extravagant and utterly bonkers outfits, as the panel and viewers at home attempt to guess who is hiding behind the mask.
Before the famous cast can scream, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, the panel will attempt to guess who could be masquerading in costumes such as a kangaroo.
Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan will be on hand to guess while Joel Dommett hosts.
ITV’s Head of Entertainment Commissioning said, “What a perfect way to celebrate the return of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! then with a unique mash-up of two hugely successful series. Viewers will get to enjoy all things Jungle with a wonderfully bonkers Masked Singer twist…
