And The American Idol 2021 Winner Is… – American Idol Finale

Last night was the Season 4 Grand finale of American Idol 2021 and boy was it an exciting one. 

Besides the show being about three hours long, it was packed with tons of guest performances by all kinds of powerhouse singers.

The guests included Fall Out Boy, Chaka Khan, Macklemore, Luke Combs,Leona Lewis,Alessia Cara,Sheryl Crow and more. 

In total there were 25 songs song, nine of which were by the three finalists, Chayce Beckham, Willie Spence, Grace Kinstler.

Their songs consisted of.

Grace Kinstler – Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing,” “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” by Aretha Franklin, and Celine Dion’s “All By Myself.”

Chayce Beckham –  Chris Stapleton’s “Fire Away,” “Afterglow” by Ed Sheeran, and the Beatles’ “Blackbird.”

Willie Spence — Sam Cooke’s “A Change is Gonna Come,” Cynthia Erivo’s “Stand Up,” and Ray Charles’ “Georgia on My Mind.”

The American Idol judges, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan also got some action on stage. 

Halfway through the show it was time to reveal who was going home. After the votes were totaled Grace Kinstler was sent home.

We then waited over an hour to see Chayce Beckham or Willie Spence take the crown as the winner of American Idol.

After one final performance Ryan Seacrest did his world famous (World’s Longest Pause” before revealing that Chayce Beckham is the winner of American Idol 2021.
